Apple Card
EveryDollar currently does not support a connection with Apple Card. We are always evaluating new features and will update the status of this institution when more information becomes available.

Bank of Oklahoma
BOK authentication is currently experiencing some issues. After connecting your account, you may be prompted to authenticate again. Once you’ve completed authentication, updates will sync to your budget. Plaid and Mastercard Connect are working with the institution to resolve the connection issue.
BMO (US)
Our connection providers are currently experiencing an error when attempting to retrieve transaction and account information. Their team has indicated that it will require coordination with the financial institution to identify the root cause and create a resolution for the issue. At this time, we do not have an estimated timeline for a fix.
Bread Financial - AAA Visa Signature Credit Card
Due to some changes made by this bank, some customers are not able to connect all of their accounts. Our bank connect providers are attempting to coordinate with the financial institution to resolve the issue, but we do not have an ETA at this time.
Bremer Bank
This institution is currently unable to be supported by our connection providers, Plaid and Mastercard Connect. Connected customers may see duplicated transactions, or expense transactions streaming to the budget as income transactions. New connections are temporarily unavailable. While there is not an ETA for a resolution, our providers will collaborate with the institution to resolve the issue.
Bronco Federal Credit Union
A recent update made by the institution has temporarily disrupted this connection. Our connection providers have shared that resolving the issue requires the bank's help. Because the resolution requires the institution's collaboration, we don't have an estimated timeline to share at this time.

CareCredit
This connection currently requires additional multi-factor authentication information to help keep your account secure. Unfortunately, the connection provided by our partners doesn't support these additional prompts at this time. Plaid and Mastercard Connect will collaborate with CareCredit to establish the connection, but there isn't an established timeline for a resolution.
Cash App
This institution is not yet able to be supported. To create a connection, Cash App's team will need to collaborate with our connection providers to support bank connection, so we don't have an ETA for when Cash App accounts can be connected to the budget.
Chase
There is an ongoing issue with the quality of data our providers receive from Chase bank. In particular, the institution sends through transactions more than one time, and with slightly altered information, creating duplicate transactions in the budget. Our providers do not have a timeline for when this issue will be resolved.
CIBC Canada
A recent change to the institution's sign in process created an additional security step that the current connection isn't able to process. While we don't have a resolution timeline right now, our connection providers will collaborate with the institution to rebuild the connection.

Driveway Finance Corporation (DFC)
Mastercard Connect is the connection provider for this institution. Their team has shared that the connection is temporarily experiencing limited access to the transaction and balance data, preventing the connection from operating properly. They're working to resolve the connection issue with the help of the institution, but there isn't a resolution timeline at this time.

Elan Credit Card
Our connection providers have confirmed that this integration is temporarily unavailable for new connections and updates for existing connections are paused at this time. They’re working closely with the institution to restore connectivity as soon as possible. At this time, we don’t have an estimated resolution timeline.
ELGA Credit Union
The integration isn’t receiving data for requests involving bank account updates. To resolve this, our bank connection providers will work with the institution to rebuild the connection and create a timeline for restoring service.

F&M Bank (TN)
This institution's connection is under development and not available for connection.
Fannin Credit Union
At this time, the institution provides a method of authenticating and connecting accounts which is not supported by our connection providers. Our providers are working to resolve these issues, but we do not have an ETA at this time.
Farmers Bank Jessamine County (KY) - Personal

Fidelity Investments
This institution often displays a temporary error 102. Connection attempts to this institution are blocked by the institution from 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM CST and 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM CST. We recommend refreshing the connection outside of those two timeframes.
First Bank - Personal Banking

Fox Communities Credit Union
Accounts with FCCU use a type of multi-factor authentication that is not currently supported by either of our bank connection providers. Our providers were not previously aware of this issue and shared they will need the institution's help to re-establish a connection. At this time, we do not have a timeline for a resolution.
