After connecting a bank for the first time, it can take up to 24-48 hours for the balances to update and the first transactions to be imported into EveryDollar.
If you don't see your account balance update after 48 hours, submit a request to our Customer Success team, including a screenshot of your balance(s) in EveryDollar and a screenshot displaying the actual balance within your bank's website, masking any sensitive data.
Note: you will see a delay in your account balance if there is a bank holiday. Please wait an additional 24 hours for this to update.
