After connecting a bank for the first time, it can take one to three days, excluding weekends, for the balances to update and the first transactions to be imported into EveryDollar.
If you don't see your account balance update within that timeframe, submit a request, and include a screenshot of your balance(s) in EveryDollar and a screenshot displaying the actual balance within your bank's website, masking any sensitive data.
Note: you will see a delay in your account balance if there is a bank holiday. Please wait an additional day for this to update.
