Bank accounts may seemingly have gone missing on the "Accounts" tab within the EveryDollar mobile app. Your previously connected financial institutions and respective accounts may show as missing or disconnected due to an older version of the mobile app. Please update the mobile app to the latest update available in your device's app store.
Even though the banks may not be visible in the app, your banks should still be connected on the backend. Additional attempts to add your bank without updating the app will fail. Try verifying that your banks are still connected by signing onto the computer version of EveryDollar at EveryDollar.com.
If you are still missing banks, please submit screenshots showing the version of EveryDollar you are running (tap on Today > "Hamburger Menu" (three-line icon in the upper right) > About) and other issues you are seeing on the website and/or the mobile app. This will help our developers investigate further.
