If you attempt to add your bank and don't see it listed, that may be because a slight variation of the bank name exists or the bank is not currently supported.
Connecting bank accounts is a feature available through EveryDollar Premium, available now with a 14-day free trial.
Adding Your Bank
To find your bank, try the following on EveryDollar.com or in EveryDollar Mobile:
- Go to the Accounts page and choose the option to Connect Accounts.
- Then, select “Search For Your Institution with Plaid".
- Search for your bank and follow the prompts on-screen to get connected.
- Choose how far back you’d like transactions to begin syncing from, up to the last 60 days.
Pro Tip: If you can not locate your bank by searching with Plaid, try Mastercard Connect instead. Repeat step one and choose Having trouble? Try our other connection service Mastercard Connect.
If you still don't see your bank in the search results, this unfortunately means we either don't have an available connection or the bank connection is degraded. Read more here: Bank Status Page.
While some banks don’t directly support data syncing with third-party apps like EveryDollar, many of them will work directly with our bank connection partner to establish a successful connection.
Next Steps
We encourage you to reach out to a representative at your bank to express your desire to connect your accounts to EveryDollar.
Once a bank representative agrees to champion the effort of creating a connection, they will need to submit a request right here through our Help Center. Just a heads up, once the effort to build the connection is given the green light, it can take about 6-12 weeks for the new connection to be built.
