When you attempt to add your bank and don't see it listed, that may be because a slight variation of the bank name exists or the bank is not currently supported.
To find your bank, try the following:
1. Open your EveryDollar budget, and click the Accounts.
2. Type your bank name or website in the "Search for your bank (by name or URL)" search box.
- If the search doesn't show your bank on the list, type in keywords or a different variation of the bank name such as "Navy FCU" instead of "Navy Federal Credit Union."
- If that doesn't work, copy the URL (www.bankname.com) from your financial institution’s login website and paste it into the search box. (This may look different than the homepage URL.)
- If pasting in the web address still doesn't work, try typing it in without the "http://www." For example, just type in bankofamerica.com instead of https://www.bankofamerica.com.
💡 Pro Tip: Nothing coming up in the Search Bar? Unfortunately, that means we either don't have a supported connection or the bank connection is degraded. Read more here: Bank Status Page
NOTE: Australian banks have recently been removed. Read more here: Australian Banks in EveryDollar
While banks don’t directly support data syncing with third-party apps like EveryDollar, many of them will work directly with our bank connection partner to establish a successful connection. We encourage you to reach out to a representative at your bank to express your desire to connect your accounts to EveryDollar.
Once a bank representative agrees to champion the effort of creating an integration, they will need to submit a request right here through our Help Center. Just a heads up, once our bank connection partner gives the green light, it can take about 6-12 weeks for the new connection to be built.
