There are a few reasons duplicate transactions may come through from a connect bank or institution in EveryDollar.
A common reason duplicates appear is that your accounts are listed multiple times in the Accounts tab in EveryDollar. To see if this is the problem follow the steps below:
1. Click "Accounts" either in your account at everydollar.com or in the EveryDollar mobile app.
2. Make sure each bank is listed only once there, and that each sub-account you have with your bank is also only listed once. If there are any duplicate accounts, just delete one of the listings and that will fix the problem!
If everything looks correct in your Accounts tab, please reach out to us with the dates, amounts and merchant names of some of the duplicate transactions that have recently come into your account. Some customers will provide us with screenshots of the duplicates which is fine as well. Be sure to include in your message that you have already verified that you do not have your bank or sub-accounts listed multiple times when reaching out to us about this. With the details of those duplicates, we can investigate to see what is causing the issue from there.
