Have you connected to a bank in the past, only to find out it's been disconnected, and you can no longer find it?
Start by checking the instructions in this article to help, but if that doesn't do it, it's likely that our connection providers have made a change that impacts the connection.
When a bank themselves, or our bank connection providers, make an update, some banks can experience a degradation of service. This can prevent your previously connected bank from being found in the bank connection search bar.
Our third-party bank connection providers have informed us that some banks are in a temporary phase, blocking all connection attempts as their teams work toward building a quality connection.
Pro Tip: Connected banks that have not had an account balance update recently may still receive transactions.
At this time, we don't have a timeline for when our providers will accept new connections, and we appreciate your patience while they work to get the institution back on track.
In the meantime, transactions can be tracked manually to keep your budget up-to-date. You're welcome to search for your bank as frequently as you wish (you may get connected before we are made aware!).
