Bank Connection is an EveryDollar Premium feature that provides budgeters with automatic imports of their bank account updates. If you notice a disruption in the connection, and you haven't seen an update, you shouldn't need to delete and reconnect your accounts, unless an error message recommends disconnecting.
Connection delays are often resolved within 48 hours, so it's recommended to keep the accounts connected until that timeframe has elapsed.
If you choose to remove and re-add a connection, note that your bank will submit a new batch of transactions from the start of the month to the current date, so you may see duplicate transactions appear. Since EveryDollar does not adjust your tracked transactions, these duplicates can be deleted in bulk.
Pro Tip: You can delete transactions in bulk on EveryDollar.com and in the mobile app. Learn more about deleting from the website here and the app here.
If the issue you're experiencing has not resolved within the 48-hour window, please reach out to our team at help@everydollar.com.
