When you see a message saying that your bank was last updated a certain number of hours ago (pictured below), this refers to the last time EveryDollar checked with our third-party bank connection providers for an update.
It’s important to note that this does not necessarily mean your bank has provided us with new transactions or account information. At times, the bank has not provided any new data even though we’ve checked for updates.
If you notice that your transactions aren’t current, your bank may not have released the latest data yet.
💡 Pro Tip: Transactions normally show up within 24-48 hours after the purchase has been "posted" to the bank's website. For more info, check out this article: Transactions Have Not Imported.
