Are your connected bank accounts experiencing Error 913? Our third-party bank connection service (Finicity) has indicated this is due to an account being closed on the Financial Institution's end. This could be a regular bank account that has been closed or a loan account that has been paid in full.
How to fix this error:
To clear this error, delete your bank account from EveryDollar (instructions HERE) and then re-add it. Note that when you re-add your bank to EveryDollar, it may import some transactions that had previously been imported.

If these steps do not eliminate the error, please reach out to your bank and request them to remove this closed account from your account summary page. This will ensure the account stops populating in EveryDollar.
