If you are seeing your debt items showing incorrectly as deleted under the Debt Group in the EveryDollar app, you may need to update your debts in the Financial Roadmap under Baby Step 2.
For a bit of context, in an effort to streamline the app experience, all debt details outside the Debt Group in the budget will now be found in Baby Step 2 under the Financial Roadmap.
Please try these troubleshooting steps in the EveryDollar mobile app to see if they resolve the issue:
- Go to the Today tab (located in the bottom left corner of the screen)
- Scroll to find the Financial Roadmap and tap "See Your Roadmap"
- Complete the Roadmap walkthrough or select Baby Step 2 and update all debts
- Save any changes
- Go back to the Budget tab in the app
- Refresh by pulling down at the top of the budget
Pro tip: If your Roadmap is grayed out, select Continue on Your Margin, enter the details, then proceed with completing the information under the Baby Steps.
