If debt items appear as deleted in the Debt group of the EveryDollar mobile app, update your debts in the Financial Roadmap under Baby Step 2. Then refresh your budget to display the updated debt information.
Before You Begin
- Use the EveryDollar mobile app.
- Make sure you know the current details for each debt you need to update.
Steps
- Open the EveryDollar mobile app, and tap on the Today tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll to the Financial Roadmap.
- Tap See Your Roadmap.
- Complete the Roadmap walkthrough, or select Baby Step 2.
- Update your debt details.
- Tap Save.
- Exit the Roadmap, and tap on the Budget tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Pull down on the budget screen to refresh the screen, and then you should see your debts showing correctly in the Debt group.
Additional Information
Debt details are displayed in Baby Step 2 of the Financial Roadmap. This keeps your debt information in one place while the Debt group remains part of your budget.
If the Financial Roadmap is grayed out, select Continue on Your Margin, enter the requested details, and then complete the Baby Steps information.
