Once you've paid off a debt (🎉 congratulations!), you may want to clean up your budget by hiding that debt line from your Debt group without deleting the history.
Follow these steps to hide a paid-off debt in EveryDollar:
💻 On the Web Version
- Go to your monthly budget at everydollar.com.
- Scroll down to the Debt group in your budget.
- Make the final payment on a debt item to pay it off in full by assigning an expense transaction to it.
- The debt item will then show a line through it.
5. In the following month, when you make the Planned amount zero, it will hide the debt that was paid off, and you can then click the Show Paid-Off link to view the paid-off debt(s).
6. You can then click the Hide Paid-Off link to hide the paid-off debt(s) again.
📱 On the Mobile App
- Open the EveryDollar app and tap the Budget tab.
