The email address associated with your Ramsey account can be changed, but please note that this will impact access to EveryDollar, Financial Peace University, EntreLeadership, and more. Also, you can only change your account email to an address that is not connected to any other free or paid account in our system.
- Sign in at account.ramseysolutions.com.
- On the Overview page, click “Manage Security” under the Security section.
3. Click “Change Email Address” under the Email Address section
4. Click “Verify Me” to verify your identity.
5. Go through the sign-in process using your current email.
6. Type in your new email, confirm it, and then click “Send Email.”
7. Check your inbox and find the verification code you received.
8. Enter the verification code and click “Verify Email.”
9. Sign in with your new email address.
Once you sign in again, your email change is complete!
Potential issues
- If you want to use a new email that is already in use, reach out to us at help@everydollar.com with your current and desired email addresses. We’ll see what we can do.
- If you’ve lost access to your current email or there’s a typo in your account email, contact us and we’ll help you get it sorted.
Pro Tip: If you have not already verified your current email address, you will need to do that first.
