If your EveryDollar account is blocked (or you are locked out) and you no longer have access to the email address used to create it, you will need to create a new account with a different email address.
For security reasons, we are unable to change an email address on an account for you or unblock it for you.
If your account is blocked after too many failed sign-in attempts, it’s to ensure your security. You’ll receive an email with a link to unblock your account if you still have access to the registered email. Click the link in the email, and you’ll be able to sign in again.
Alternatively, you can also follow these steps to reset the password on the account to sign back in:
1) Please first delete any previous "Forgot Password?" emails in your inbox if applicable
2) Go to account.ramseysolutions.com and click Sign In
3) Click "Forgot password" under the password box
4) Enter your email address on the next screen and then click "Send Password Reset Email"
5) Check your email for a link to reset your password, and click the link in that email to bring up a new page where you can enter a new password
6) Enter a new password and confirm
You may need to check your spam/junk/promotions folder for an email from DoNotReply@ramseysolutions.com.
Keep in mind, you'll only be able to use the most recent email that was sent. The password reset link expires after 90 minutes. If the link has expired, you can walk through the steps above to resend another email.
