If you want to delete your EveryDollar account, there are a few things to remember:
Deleting account removes access to all Ramsey Solutions products
Yep, ALL of them. That includes Financial Peace, EveryDollar, Financial Coach Master Training and any other Ramsey products with that email address.
Also, if you delete your Ramsey account, you will forfeit any remaining time on your Premium subscription. You will need to purchase another Premium membership in order to have access again.
Please note: Subscription access will not transfer to a new account if you delete and recreate it. Deleting your account will result in a permanent loss of your active subscription.
Check your subscription/account status before proceeding
Do you have a paid subscription OR are you currently in a Free Trial period? Be sure to cancel that BEFORE deleting your account.
- If your subscription is managed through our sites directly, we'll automatically cancel renewals for you when you delete your account. However, this will not automatically issue a refund. You can review any subscriptions through us within your account settings at account.ramseysolutions.com/subscriptions.
- If you don't see the subscription in account settings (account.ramseysolutions.com/subscriptions), this likely means your subscription is with the Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account will not cancel the Apple/Google Play subscriptions and does not issue a refund. To cancel the subscription, you must contact Apple or Google Play.
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Go to account.ramseysolutions.com and enter your sign in credentials.
- Click "Delete Account" on the left side dashboard.
- Click "Begin Account Deletion".
- Go to your email inbox and open the email from Ramsey Solutions.
- Read the email and enter the one-time verification code from the email on the Delete Account page.
- After that, click "Continue".
You'll see a notice on the following page confirming the deletion is complete. This is the final confirmation notice regarding your account deletion. This cannot be undone once the process is completed. The changes will take effect immediately. However, if you want to create a new EveryDollar account with the same email at some point, you can do that.
To unsubscribe from emails
To stop receiving emails from Ramsey Solutions, please click Unsubscribe at the bottom of our emails. Deleting your account does not automatically unsubscribe you from our email lists like newsletters and promotional offers.
Pro Tip: You can reset this month's budget alone by scrolling to the bottom of the screen and clicking or tapping Reset Budget. On the sub-screen that pops up, pick the option to Make All Planned Amounts $0.
