Your income may change over time due to a new job, a raise, reduced hours, a career transition, or other circumstances. When your income changes, it is important to update your Roadmap so your financial plan continues to reflect your current situation and remains aligned with your goals. Follow the steps below to edit your income in the Roadmap and keep your plan accurate, realistic, and up to date.
How to Edit Income on Roadmap
- On EveryDollar.com, click on the Roadmap link that you see on the left side of the screen.
2. Click on the Personal Info tab under the graph.
3. Fill in the box next to Your Household Income (annual before taxes) with the correct number, along with Your Birthdate and Desired Retirement Age, then click the blue Save button.
