By creating a Goal on EveryDollar, you can lock on to saving for that once-in-a-lifetime vacation, or the new car, or some other big-ticket item. The Goals feature is only available on everydollar.com from a desktop computer, but once you create one, it's viewable from the website or app.
To Create a New Goal:
- Click Goals on the left side of the screen.
- Click +Add Goal.
- On the right side of the screen, you'll see the fields to fill out for the details of the Goal, such as how much you want to save, the date you want to save by, and so on.
- Fill out those boxes and then click the blue Add Goal button.
Pro Tip: Goals are usually used for one-and-done objectives, like saving for a newer car. Goals can be edited or deleted at any time.
