Sometimes, plans change and so do your budgeting goals. No matter what you're saving for, editing your goal is simple and quick to do. Here's how to get started whether you're signed in to the EveryDollar app or EveryDollar.com.
To Edit a Goal in the EveryDollar app:
Tap on the Goal you'd like to make changes to.

Choose the Savings Goal option
From the list of options, choose what field you'd like to change.
Tap Save and you're all done!
Pro Tip: After you've created your first Goal, you can create another Goal right from the EveryDollar app.
To Edit a Goal on EveryDollar.com:
- Click Goals on the left side of the screen. That will take you to the Goals page.
- Click the specific Goal you want. More information will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
- In the green box, you'll see three dots (...). Click the three dots to reveal more options.
- Click Edit Goal and enter the updated information for "Goal Amount", "Goal Date", and "Starting Balance" as necessary.
- Then be sure to Save any changes.
