Changing the order of Budget Items can be easily done on the computer version of EveryDollar at everydollar.com.
How to change the order of Budget Items
1. Hover the mouse over the Budget Item you want to move.
2. Click the () button and drag the Budget Item up or down within the Budget Group.
3. Drop it where you want it to go and you're all set!
Note: You can also rearrange Budget Items on the EveryDollar app. Any changes you make on the app or website will be reflected on the other.
Pro Tip: You cannot move a Budget Item to a different category or group. You can create those items with the same name in a new group if you want, however, the data will not transfer.
Next Steps
