EveryDollar currently does not support updating nicknames for linked sub-accounts directly. You can rename your accounts by using your bank's app or website, and once the bank updates the information, the new nickname may appear in EveryDollar depending on the bank's system.
How to Rename Bank Accounts
To rename an account, you won't be able to make the change through EveryDollar.com or EveryDollar mobile. Instead, you can sign in to your bank's website or mobile app.
Once signed in to your banking portal, check for individual account settings, security settings, or consider contacting your local branch.
If you're able to apply the changes, EveryDollar will update the new account names the next time we receive a data update from our bank connection providers.
