Income assignment across months

You should be able to split income transactions over multiple months.  
I am a commission based earner.   Sometimes my commission checks are more than one month of my typical budget amount.  I would love to not have to do a manual entry for the second, third, etc month 

Just as we  can split bank payment for mortgage and real estate escrow in the same month I wish we could track transactions over a few months
