EveryDollar is available for free through the Apple App Store and Google Play store (only within the United States). You can sign in with an existing EveryDollar or Ramsey account or create a new account to start budgeting for FREE.
International users cannot download the Mobile app or purchase EveryDollar Premium (read more HERE), but may consider trying to create a budget on the computer version of EveryDollar at everydollar.com.

You can sign up on either the Mobile app or at everydollar.com on a computer. Once your account is created, the app will automatically sync with the browser version on your computer.
With the EveryDollar Mobile app, you can quickly see if you have enough in the clothing budget to buy those shoes you're looking at. Then, once you buy them, it takes just a few seconds to enter that transaction manually and keep your budget up to date. You can also add new budget items, rearrange them, edit, and delete them right from your phone.

Consider upgrading to EveryDollar Premium and connect your bank accounts so when you sign in, your transactions will automatically import. Then all you have to do is drag and drop them into your budget!
