If there is an issue loading your budget, or you aren't seeing the budget when you sign into EveryDollar, that could mean one of several issues.
- You may have signed into EveryDollar with the wrong account.
- Sign out and sign back in, making sure to manually enter the correct email address and password.
- Our system could be experiencing a temporary outage.
- Technology is great, when it works. If you see an error when trying to see or edit your budget, wait a few minutes and then try again.
- You could have Cellular Data disabled on your phone.
- Open your phone settings app
- Scroll down until you see the EveryDollar icon
- Touch EveryDollar and enable Cellular Data
