EveryDollar currently only supports U.S. dollars. If you see a currency other than USD in the EveryDollar mobile app, your device's Language & Region setting is likely not set to the United States.
Pro Tip: EveryDollar is designed to function with USD. Changing the currency to anything other than USD will likely cause a degradation of calculations and functionality.
Why Am I Seeing a Different Currency?
EveryDollar pulls its currency display from your mobile device's Language & Region setting. If that setting is not set to the U.S., EveryDollar may display a different currency instead of USD.
How Do I Fix This?
Update your Language & Region setting to the United States. Instructions vary by device.
- If you have an iPhone, follow Apple's guide to Change the Language and Region on Your iPhone.
- If you have an Android phone or tablet, follow Google's guide to Change Your Android Device Language and Region.
If EveryDollar still shows another currency after updating this setting, switch your Language & Region to a different country, then switch it back to the United States.
Note: EveryDollar is built to work with USD only. Setting your currency to anything other than USD will likely cause calculation errors and other functionality issues in the app.
Next Steps
Once your Language & Region is set to the United States, open EveryDollar and confirm your budget is displaying in USD.
