Web - Keyboard focus at Budget Item, not transaction amount

In every dollar web version, when I click on a transaction, the keyboard focus is always in the "Amount" section; I start typing and overwrite the amount.  I can't even come up with a scenario where I want to change the amount of a cleared transaction.  It would be very helpful if the keyboard focus was in the "budget items" section so I could just start typing the correct budget item.
