Advanced Due Date and Fund Operations

I would like the due date feature selection to allow for irregular billing cycles and work with funds to make sure you are on track.

For example, my water bill is roughly every other month and my insurance policies charge every 6 months. In practice, I do the math manually/excel (Amount/months remaining to due date) to figure out how much to add to the fund each month.

This type of thing is easy when you have one line item for the fund but if you have a collection of irregular charges spread throughout the year, it quickly gets complicated to do running balances etc. in excel.

It would be really helpful to select these types of periodicities and for larger expenses like the insurance policies, I would like tracking to make sure that my monthly contribution is going to meet the fund goal by the selected due date.
