Budget date does not automatically transfer to "Paycheck Planning"

There are several things that make navigation that could be improved and I am sure your coders are working on many of them. One suggestion or question is why doesn't the date entered into the Budget item transfer automatically to Paycheck Planning? Or you at least give an option to have it transfer or not? Thank you in advance for considering this option
