Transactions: Optionally default "More Options" to open

Benefit: This makes it easier if check numbers, and/or notes are common. I enter a Note on most of my transactions.

Change: Optionally default “More Options” to open. Some ways this could be done:

1. When an existing transaction is opened, open “More Options” if either a “Check #” and/or a “Note” is present.
2. When an existing transaction is opened or a new manual transaction is added, open “More Options” if “More Options” was open the last time a transaction was closed.
3. Add two settings:
   1. “More Options” defaults open for existing transactions: Yes or No.
   2. “More Options” defaults open when adding a transaction: Yes or No.

My preference is 3 but I would appreciate any of them. Options 1 and 2 might be confusing to figure out. Once it is figured out option 2 is an elegant way to solve the problem for both existing and new transactions. Option 1 solves only part of the problem, i.e. for only existing transactions.
