Duplicate an existing transaction

Change: While looking at a transaction list or a transaction is selected add a duplicate transaction operation. The duplicated transaction would open for editing. Usually at least the date would need to be changed.

Benefit: When combined with my “Transactions: Add latest transaction to the data displayed when clicking on a budget expense item” post this makes entering a repeated transaction easier whether an irregular expense or the first such expense of a month.
