Transactions: Add latest transaction to the data displayed when clicking on a budget expense item

Change: Clicking on a budget expense item displays several things including “Activity This Month”. If an expense is irregular or has not happened yet this month “Activity This Month” will be empty. Add the latest transaction regardless of month. I suggest it should be above “Activity This Month”.

Benefit: This makes adding a new similar transaction easier if the expense is irregular or has not happened yet this month.
