Transactions: Add Expense/Income: Drop down and auto complete for "Where did you spend this money?"

Change: In “Add Expense” and “Add Income” add drop down and autocomplete for “Where did you spend this money?” like the existing for “Choose Account” and “Choose Budget Item(s)”.

Benefit: This makes entering manual transactions easier and reduces misspelling of “Where” entries.
