Add Scrollbar to main budget page - iOS

We have many budget categories, and I commonly use the ‘press and hold’ method of scrolling through long pages. On any other site (browers, for instance) you scroll manually until the scroll bar appears - once it does you push and hold the scroll bar which you can then drag up and down to quickly scroll through your content. In EveryDollar, you have to just swipe up and down crazily through the budget categories.

Please add a scrollbar…! Thank you in advance.
