Month Close feature: Perform the close out process on user-selected budget items

The mobile app currently has a Month Close feature in Beta that just provides useful insight--if the month isn't already closed out.  Let's make it an option to actually do something to that budget as well.  When this tool is used to close out a month, provide users the option to select which budget items to close at the click of a confirmation button, i.e.: all budget items under Giving, Bills & Subscriptions, and Spending categories.  The action would make the planned amount equal the spent amount.

  Yes, I need this feature as well. Also would be nice to have a button to automatically bring each line item to zero. For example: If I planned $50 for Coffee Shops but only spent $40 it automatically adjusts the planned spending to the actual amount spent.
