Notice when a fund's "target" is reached

I have several funds with a “target amount” set. It would be nice to have some sort of notice (like an icon on the line item) that notifies me that I've reached my target amount or will reach it this month (i.e., “Your planned amount this month will have you exceeding your target amount for this budget item.”) and I can make the adjustments I need.

Alternatively, being able to set a “target date” and seeing if I'm on track to meet the target would be a great option.
