Delete Budget Line Item from all budgets

Hey, All!  Doing better than I deserve, but I have a suggestion on EveryDollar App.

When I am organizing my categories, once named, they cannot ever be truly deleted.  I can delete if from the month, but much later if I go back to add a category, if it has the same name, it resurrects that old category.  So if I made “Medical” a sinking fund, then delete it, if much later I add “Medical” it is the same old category.

I would like an option to truly erase from EveryDollar App memory a category, if I choose.

  Hi Jason,

  For the second item in your post (I would also like the option to change a sinking fund back to a non-sinking fund), we are currently tracking a similar idea on another thread: Toggle Option to Turn Funds On and Off
  
  We'd really appreciate it if you could add your vote or share any comments there. I've removed that portion from this thread to help keep ideas centralized and ensure each thread focuses on a single idea.

  Perhaps just like on a computer, if you name an item that is identical to a pre-existing file you get the option to either keep the original or replace with the new.
