Option to hide Debt Group when Debt Free

I don't have debt so I don't need debt as a category but I can't delete it.

  Same, I want that thing GONE.  And in the app there is a little “2” indicator that hovers over that group.  I want that “2” gone and a “3” to appear in my Savings group
