Allow setting for using whole numbers
Please bring back the option to round up to nearest dollar for money spent in a category. that greatly simplifies/cleans the interface.

For clarification, is this suggestion in favor of bringing back the option so that a user can decide for themselves to toggle on / off whole numbers? People manage budgets differently so to remove the option and ONLY give the whole number removes the flexibility for those of us that desire cents to show on the balance remaining.

Please give us the option to choose between whole numers and decimals. It is almost the only reason I am thinking not keep using this app (otherwise fantastic), because too distracting. Thank you so much for your hard work.
