Schedule Paycheck based on day of the week, not just date

I would like if the day of week remained the same instead of the date that was chosen when planning the next months budget based off of the previous month.

For example, I got paid last month on Friday the 10th and the 24th. So I also scheduled several of my budget items to fill on those two days. When planning the next month's budget, the paychecks and all of those budget items remain on the 10th and 24th which is now a Sunday. So then I have to go back through each one of them to pull them back to the Friday. It is just tedious work.

This feature exists when in paycheck planning for weekly expenses. If I have a weekly expense, it will remain on the day of the week when I plan the next month's budget, but not for a biweekly or monthly expense.
