Manually Upload Transactions via transactions file

I'm requesting a middle ground where EverDollar (ED) / Plaid / Mastercard don't need access to my account details.  User simply bring a list of exported transactions from their financial Institution and with new EveryDollar functionality would allow the user to import them into ED.  Thus a more secure ED experience yet the ease of what would feel like a linked connected account.
