Manually Upload Transactions via transactions file

I'm requesting a middle ground where EverDollar (ED) / Plaid / Mastercard don't need access to my account details.  User simply bring a list of exported transactions from their financial Institution and with new EveryDollar functionality would allow the user to import them into ED.  Thus a more secure ED experience yet the ease of what would feel like a linked connected account.

  I would also llike the ability to manually import transactions via an excel or CSV file. We have accounts overseas and split time between the US and other countries and it would be amazing to be able to track all of our spending through one app without having to manually input each overseas transaction.
