Insights Expenses Should Account for Refunds

Insights says my wants fund spent $380 in February but most of all of that was refunded into that fund on the budget. It should net out and say I only spent $35 if I returned $345. 

I could constantly buy $1000 and then return $1000 and it will add $1000 to insight spending everytime.
