Reset Budget back to Default Template

I think this would be a cool and helpful feature to have, as some younger people may be budgeting as well, but not have bills or rent to pay for. They may end up deleting that section of the budget as they don't use it and it takes up space, but as time goes on and they become more responsible, I think it would be helpful to be able to get those things back. Thank you!
