I agree, it would be great to save an image like this. I would like to have this for tax purposes. As a pastor, I am required to maintain proof of all household related purchases. It would be great to have this all in one place.

It’s just about the details. As part of a couple managing budgets, I need to verify what each transaction is for more specifically. I’m also a personal rep for a disabled person and need to keep track of everything I spend for him. It’s not just about counting the pennies for me, I need to inc that picture of the receipt showing details. If I ran a business, I’d also need the same thing.

It’s a HUGE oversight that we can’t include an image. I don’t need auto read and store or all that nonsense, just a simple picture!!!

*I’ve bought items without a receipt occasionally and have to make do with a picture of the item itself. The app I currently use is free, called check register, and it’s straightforward: amount, account, picture. But i can’t budget ahead easily and i need the features from every dollar. I was honestly SHOCKED that the basic features on an app owned by less than a few thousand ppl isn’t baseline on the big budget apps. It’s like wth? 🥴

I would love to have the ability to upload receipts or documents for future tracking.
