Transactions: Permanently Disable 'Different Month' Warning

If I try to add a transaction to a month's budget that is different from the current month, there is a warning that pops up that tells you ‘You’re about to put a [Month] transaction in [Month +1]!' You can temporarily disable this with a checkbox, but after confirming multiple times, it gets to be a little annoying.

It would be great to give an option in app settings to permanently disable that warning, while enabling it still giving users the option to dismiss for a day. I would never enable it myself, but I can imagine some users might find it usesful.

Point is, in my opinion, it's always a great choice to give users choices for things like this.
