Funds / Goals: Fund Flexibility Enhancements

I’d love to see a little more flexibility in the budgeting tools. It would be really helpful to convert Goals into Funds and vice versa without having to delete and recreate them when plans change.

It would also be great to have more recurring contribution options for Funds, like custom schedules, every three months, or annually. That would make it much easier to plan for things like quarterly taxes or other non monthly expenses.
