Budget: Plan Future Month Budgets / Forecasting Upcoming Changes

I like to plan my budgets out several months ahead.  It would be great to be able to change one category's amount for one month and have it change in succeeding months.  So, when I get a raise, I can change it when it starts and then change that amount in the months following without having to go to every month individually.
