Funds / Goals: Have Transfer Transactions Automatically Assigned to Fund Budget Item

I'd like an option to have my transfer transactions show in my Funds so I know I transferred money, but I don't want to have to track the transactions to have them show.

  I would like this as well. Knowing that I actually transferred the money and not just “planned” to. The visual that it happened would be helpful. But somehow have it to where it doesn't double the amount when you put in “planned” amount and the actual transaction.
