If you'd like to start fresh with the same email address, you'll need to delete your current EveryDollar account first. This action permanently removes all your budgeting data, so make sure it's what you want before continuing.
Important:
Deleting your EveryDollar account does not cancel your subscription if it was set up through a third party like Apple or Google Play. You’ll need to cancel your subscription first before deleting your account to avoid being charged again.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
-
Tap your name > Subscriptions.
-
Find and tap EveryDollar, then select Cancel Subscription.
If you subscribed through Google Play:
-
Open the Google Play Store app.
-
Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
-
Select EveryDollar and tap Cancel Subscription.

- Navigate to your email inbox and open an email from "Ramsey Solutions"
- Open the email and read it carefully
- Enter the one-time verification code from the email in field on the Delete Account page
- After that, click "Continue"
You'll see a notice on the following page confirming the deletion was complete. This is the final confirmation notice regarding the deletion of your account. This cannot be undone once it is completed.
The changes will take effect immediately. Once your account is deleted, you can immediately sign up again with the same email address and start fresh.
