Due to security restrictions, our team cannot accept debit card information via email or over the phone. However, the debit card on file can be updated directly through our website!
To update payment information, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your Ramsey account at account.ramseysolutions.com/subscriptions.
- Click Manage Subscription to the right of the applicable subscription.
- Under "Update Payment Method", add your new card information. Then click Save Payment Information. This will update the saved Payment Method connected to your account and renewals.
💡 Pro Tip: Missing subscriptions typically means that a subscription has already expired, thus been removed from the "Subscriptions" page. Get started with EveryDollar Premium again HERE.
Don't see your payment method displayed? This likely means your membership was created through the app and is managed by Apple or Google Play depending on your device.
