If you are not able to find your bank within EveryDollar, it is possible that the bank is listed under a separate name, or that it is not yet supported in our system. In order to verify if your bank is supported by EveryDollar, please follow the steps below:
1. Open your EveryDollar budget, and click the "Accounts" in the top right corner.
2. Type your bank name or website in the "Search for your bank (by name or URL)" search box.
3. If the search has no results, or if you don’t see your bank on the list, copy the URL (www.bankname.com) from your financial institution’s website and paste it into the search box. If you sign in to your bank's website, you may see a different URL at the top than the one on the main bank page.
If pasting in the web address still doesn't work, try typing it in without the "http://www." For example, just type in bankofamerica.com instead of https://www.bankofamerica.com
Nothing coming up in the Search Bar? If your bank is not listed in EveryDollar yet, unfortunately that means we don't have a supported connection.
We understand how valuable it is to be able to connect your accounts to EveryDollar, so we are happy to walk you through the process of requesting that your bank be added!
While banks don’t directly support data syncing with third-party apps like EveryDollar, many of them will work directly with our bank connection partner to establish a successful connection. We encourage you to reach out to a representative at your bank to express your desire to connect your accounts to EveryDollar.
Then, once they are on board, they will need to submit a request form HERE to begin the approval process of building this new connection. Just a heads up, once our bank connection partner gives the green light, it can take about 6-12 weeks for the new connection to be built.
